Visionary organisational leader with over three decades of work experience in several Asian countries is the Co-founder and Group Managing Director of Cosmopolitan College Brunei and K-MAS group Brunei, Sri Lanka and Philippines. Chartered engineer with an MBA from University of Queensland is passionate about organisational and people development. Through his multi skilled work experience and exposure he has developed a unique model for organisational progress and also a tool box for managers to become leaders. These models stem from the works of various researchers but integrated into a unique, practical and easy to understand model. He advocates hands on coaching aimed at measurable outcomes and believes in SEE- FEEL- PROGRESS Concept. Stemming from his engineering background he seeks to re-engineer every concept, theory and process to achieve a better outcome.

His expertise ranges from Structural/geo technical engineering, project management, strategic management, marketing, process re-engineering, organisational development and leadership development. This is endorsed by his fellowships with the Institute of leadership and management and Chartered Management Institute.
